How to run a benchmark test on your iPhone

If you want to compare your iPhone with other devices, running a benchmark test is possible. There are numerous tests to choose from, but they do not always test the same aspects of the device.

1. For example, you can use the AnTuTu tool to measure the performance of your iPhone.
2. To do this, first install AnTuTu via the App Store.
3. Before you start AnTuTu, close all apps that are running in the background, so as not to distort the test.
4. Now start the app and press the "Start Testing" button.
5. After that, the benchmark test is performed. This can take some time.
6. To test the performance in detail, different 3D sequences are simulated. It may happen that your screen goes black or flickers, but this is normal.
7. Once the test is complete, you will receive the result. Here it is enumerated exactly how CPU, RAM and the rest of your iPhone have performed.

1. The app GLBenchmark costs about 4 euros and calculates a score based on the benchmark test performed. Up to 33 different test methods are used for this.
