Samsung Galaxy A90 - how to pair the Gear Fit 2

Using the Samsung Galaxy A90 and the Gear Fit 2 together

In order to use all the features of the Gear Fit 2, it is necessary to pair the smartwatch with a smartphone. If you previously had another smartphone and now want to use the Gear Fit 2 with the Samsung Galaxy A90, you will need the "Galaxy Wearable" app. If this is not yet pre-installed on your device, please download it from the Google Play Store or via Galaxy Apps before you start pairing.

To pair the Samsung Galaxy A90 with the Gear Fit 2

To pair your new Samsung Galaxy A90 with the Gear Fit 2, only a few steps are required. Before you begin, make absolutely sure that the Gear Fit 2 is turned on and you have enabled the Bluetooth function on your smartphone.

1. If you have the Galaxy Wearable app installed on your smartphone, please open it first.
2. Tap "Get Started" in the opened app afterwards or swipe up.
3. Select your Gear Fit 2 by tapping on its name. Wird Ihnen Ihre Smartwatch nicht angezeigt, tippen Sie stattdessen auf „Gerät nicht angezeigt“, um nach in der Nähe befindlichen Geräten zu suchen.
4. Bestätigen Sie nun noch auf beiden Geräten die Kopplungsanfrage und tippen Sie auf „Weiter“, um die Einrichtung abzuschließen.
