The different variants of Zoom offer you a wide range of options for use. Decide on the one that is most useful for your company. For example, you can choose the free version, but you also have the "Pro", "Business" and "Enterprise" options to choose from.

• In the free variant, you can use the basic functions. This includes hosting meetings for up to 100 people, which can have a duration of up to 40 minutes. In private, this is unlimited. Chatting, screen sharing, calendar integrations, rights sharing as well as the recording of meetings is also possible here.
• If you decide on the "Pro" version of Zoom, many other options are available to you in addition to the basic functions. For example, you can use it to collaborate with up to 100 participants, hold unlimited group meetings or even stream on social networks. A 1 GB cloud recording is also possible.
• In the "Business" variant, you work together with up to 300 participants and only have to register once. In addition to the basic functions, you will continue to be offered here transcripts of the cloud recording, managed domains and a company branding.
• Finally, the "Enterprise" version builds on this. This has the additional ability to work with up to 500 participants. In the Enterprise Plus subscription, there are even up to 1,000 participants. In addition, unlimited cloud storage and a dedicated Customer Success Manager are available. Transcriptions are also offered.
