You can install this via the Windows Store.You can also use DeskScapes for example. The tool is free for the first 30 days - however, you must then buy it for $10 to continue to use animated desktop wallpapers.

1. Install DeskScapes.
2. Start the program.
3. First select the option "Start 30 day trial" to take advantage of the free trial month. Confirm with "Continue".
4. Now log in with your email address. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from DeskScapes. This could possibly end up in the spam folder.
5. Activate your trial month in the mail and return to the program.
6. Now select one of the animated Live Wallpapers.
7. Click "Apply to my Desktop" at the bottom to set the Live Wallpaper as background for your desktop.
