Cutting SIM card - how it works
A common problem when switching to a newer smartphone is taking the SIM card with you. You want to carry over your old number and you may still have contacts stored on the card, but it won't fit in the new phone. Now you have to cut the card manually.
Cutting the SIM card - templates help
SIM cards essentially consist only of the golden chip, which is embedded in the plastic casing. Modern SIM cards can simply be broken out of the socket.- To make the SIM card now fit, you must first find out which format fits into your smartphone.

Cut SIM card: You must pay attention
- The most important thing about the card is and remains the chip.
