Connecting the PS4 - how to get started with the console

The PS4 is a game console from Sony. Already numerous games have been developed and sold for the device. However, before you can get started with the console, you first need to connect it to your TV. Additional cables are usually not necessary, as they are already included with the PS4.

How to connect your PS4

With the PS4, you have a wide selection of game titles to choose from. Before you can start, you must first connect the console to a TV. To get the console up and running, all you need are two cables. These are already included and do not need to be purchased separately.

1. First, connect the console to your TV. For this, you will need the HDMI cable that is included. Optionally, you can also use another HDMI cable.
2. Connect one side of the cable to an HDMI slot of your choice on the TV. The other side connects directly to the console.
3. In order to put the console into operation, it still needs a power supply.
4. To do this, connect the supplied power cable to the AC IN port of the PS4. Das andere Ende wird mit einer Steckdose verbunden.
