Why is the SD card not recognized?
There are several reasons why the SD card is not recognized anymore.- Possibly there is a bad contact between the SD card and the PC. Unplug and re-plug the SD card again and check if it is properly placed in the holder. If necessary, get a new card reader and test the SD card with it.
- Update the device driver of the card reader. It may happen that the SD card requires a newer driver. To do this, press the Windows key + R and type "devmgmt.msc" in the Run window. In Device Manager, find out the corresponding device and thus update the driver.
- The SD card may not be read because the driver has an error. You should uninstall the driver and reinstall it. To do this, press Windows + R and type "devmgmt.msc".
