Adobe Lightroom: straighten images
Adobe's Lightroom image editor offers several features to help you edit your photos. If after importing an image you find that it is crooked, it is easy to straighten it out. We'll show you what steps are necessary to do this.

Before editing your images, it is necessary to import them into Adobe Lightroom. To do this, navigate to "File" > "Import Photos and Videos" > "Library" in the program's menu bar and click "Import". Then search for the image to be imported in the "Source" panel, mark it with a check mark and confirm your selection by clicking "Import".Adobe Lightroom: How to straighten images with the spirit level
To straighten an image with Adobe Lightroom, the program's spirit level function will help you. To do this, as described above, from the program, first open the image you want to edit and go to the "Develop" mode.- Here in the toolbar, on the left under the histogram, you will find the icon to "crop and straighten", please click on it. Alternatively, you can enter the clipping mode by pressing the "R key".
- Go to the "Angle" item and select the spirit level as a tool by clicking on the associated yellow spirit level icon.
- After that, use your mouse and drag a line along the horizon while holding down the left mouse button so that Adobe Lightroom can align the image with it.
- Now use the mouse to make some more fine adjustments and finally click "Done".
