Sports streaming continues to grow, and MagentaSport is expected to take a leading role if Telekom has its way.

MagentaSport: Multiple options depending on conditions

MagentaSport is available to both customers with and without a Telekom contract. This affects the costs:

• Customers with a Telekom contract receive MagentaSport free of charge for the first twelve months, after which they pay 4.95 euros per month.
• Optionally, MagentaSport is available together with Sky Sport Kompakt for 9.95 euros per month. This is especially interesting for soccer fans, since Bundesliga and Champions League are included.
• For customers without a Telekom contract, the package with Sky Sport Kompakt is not available, but only MagentaSport. The subscription costs 16.95 euros in the monthly subscription and 9.95 euros per month in the annual subscription.

The term is always twelve months with a cancellation period of two months. The only exception is the monthly subscription for non-telecom customers, as this can be canceled at any time, which explains the significantly higher costs. You can find the official overview here.
