Both Goal 50 and NxGn are real awards:

• Goal 50 is the ranking of the 25 best male and female players in the world in each case. The list is published by the professional soccer magazine Goal. The list of 2020 winners can be found here.
• NxGn stands for "Next Generation" and deals annually with the best talents in the world. In 2020, Lena Oberdorf of SGS Essen won the women's award and Brazilian Rodrygo of Real Madrid won the men's award.

Both awards are included in Football Manager 2021 and serve as bonus rewards if a player on your team makes it into one of the lists. The rankings are in addition to awards such as Player of the Year; in fact, these have been around for several FM generations.
