Windows 10: Disable notifications in settings
Notifications can be useful, but sometimes they can be annoying. For this reason, you have the freedom to choose whether you want to continue receiving push notifications from Windows. To manage or disable notifications, follow these steps:- Open the "Windows Settings" with "Win" + "I".
- Click "System".
- Select "Notifications and Actions" in the left navigation.
- There you can disable notifications for specific applications individually, for example, from call reminders, apps or Windows tips.
- Alternatively, a complete disabling of all notifications is also possible by moving the switch next to "Get notifications from apps and other senders" to the left.
- In addition, you can call "Benachrichtigunsgassistent" on the left. There you have various options to set the behavior of the notifications, such as time or by sender.
