AUX is an input found on many radios and audio amplifiers. The AUX input is used mainly because through it you can achieve higher volume and better sound quality. The list of devices that you can connect to an AUX input is numerous. In addition to PCs and laptops, mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets or DVD and CD players can also be connected to an AUX port. For this to work, however, the devices to be connected need an analog audio output.

Connect to AUX: How to connect a USB device

Many modern devices such as smartphones now no longer have a jack connector, but instead use a micro USB input. To still connect these devices to an AUX input, for example, to connect your phone to the radio in the car, you need to convert AUX to USB.

1. To connect a device with USB port to AUX, it is possible to use an adapter, which you can already get for around 10 euros.
