How can you display the temperature of the graphics card?

In normal use, i.e. web, video or office, the graphics card does not get warmer than 40 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Under higher load, however, the card can quickly warm up to over 60 degrees Celsius. However, you should only worry from a temperature of 75 degrees Celsius. So it makes sense to keep a close eye on the values.

1. Many graphics card distributors like MSI or ZOTAC usually have their own software, which is often sold with the graphics card.
2. The Afterburner from MSI very clearly shows how the current state of your graphics card is. As soon as you open the software, the temperature is already at the top.
3. Would you rather fall back on a free tool, the tool GPU-Z exists. With this, you can also read out almost all graphics card values. Under the line "GPU temperature" you can find the temperature of your graphics card.
