How to change the WLAN password of your Fritzbox
If you use a Fritzbox, you can use it to access the Internet not only via LAN cable, but also via WLAN. To establish a wireless connection, you again need the WLAN password of the Fritzbox and must enter it on the device that you want to connect to the Fritzbox WLAN. By default, the WLAN password can be found on a sticker on the back of the Fritzbox. If necessary, for example for security reasons, you can also change the WLAN password.- To do this, first call up the Fritzbox user interface by entering the address fritz.box in the browser.
- Then log in to the user interface and navigate to "WLAN" > "Security" in its menu.
- Now look for the entry "Network Key", delete it and set a new password.
- Finally click on "Apply" to confirm the change.
