Instagram: Post multiple images - how to use the feature

Instagram is one of the largest social media platforms where you can share various media with your followers. When creating a post, it is often the case that photos or videos are attached. In doing so, you can also post multiple images at once by simply selecting them.

How to post multiple images on Instagram

Posts with multiple images or even status posts are marked with three dots. This way, everyone can see that it is a larger number of photos and/or videos. Creating such a batch post in Instagram is easy.

1. First, press the plus icon at the bottom of the app. Above it, you can upload a photo.
2. Now the gallery will open and you can select a picture you want to upload.
3. In the bottom right corner, you will find the "Select multiple" option. Tap on it to select more media.
4. Once you have selected all the photos, you can apply filters and effects to the images in the next step. The filters can be applied to all images or only to a single one.
5. In the subsequent overall view, you have the option to change the order of the images.
6. Now you can finally enter an appropriate text for your post.

Also in Instagram Stories you have the option to attach multiple images. However, the Stories will be deleted again after a certain time.
