Google Chrome Bookmarks: Everything about the useful tool

Bookmarks allow you to access web pages faster. This will save you the long search of your desired web pages. Create a bookmark list or manage your favorites.

By bookmarking, you can always find your favorite website with one click.

1. If you want to add a website to your bookmarks, open the desired page and click on the star icon. You can find it on the right side of the address bar. In the dialog box, you can change the name under which the web page should be saved.
2. If you are looking for a bookmark, you can view your bookmark collection via the Chrome menu button > "Bookmarks".
3. For editing or deleting bookmarks, they select the menu button > "Bookmarks" > "Bookmark Manager". Click next to a bookmark on the menu icon and then click "Edit" or "Delete".
4. If you want to import bookmarks from other browsers, open Chrome and select the menu button. Click on "Bookmarks" > "Import bookmarks and settings" and confirm after selecting the program that contains the bookmarks with "Import" > "Done".
5. For a clear arrangement of your bookmarks, they can be structured both alphabetically and in folders.

In Google Chrome create a bookmarks bar

To have your bookmarks even faster ready, you can display your favorites in a bookmarks bar. This is located below the address bar.

1. Open Google Chrome and click on the menu button > "Settings" > "Appearance".
2. There, click on the slider next to "Show bookmarks bar" on the right.
3. For flexible activation and deactivation of the bookmarks bar, press the key combination CTRL + Shift + B.
