Setting up DLAN - how it works with the Internet

With DLAN you get your Internet directly from the wall socket. To set up the network in your home, all you need are the appropriate adapters and a router with a connection to the Internet. With additional adapters, you can expand the network in your home as you wish.

How to set up the DLAN

To set up the DLAN, you need a router that is already connected to the Internet. In addition, a LAN cable is necessary to connect a dLAN adapter to your router.

1. First, connect an adapter to a power outlet near your router.
2. Then connect it to your router with the LAN cable.
3. The Internet signal is now distributed over the power network with the help of the adapter.
4. For the most part, it does not matter which adapter you connect to the router. However, in some cases, there is a difference. Which adapter you then use, please refer to the operating instructions of your router.
5. Next, select a power outlet near the devices that you want to connect to the Internet.
6. In this plug the second adapter. This now receives the Internet signal via the power line.
