O2 Surfstick: How to top up credit via credit card
If you use a surfstick from O2, it allows you to surf the Internet on the go with your laptop. However, this is only possible if there is enough credit on your O2 Surfstick. The fastest way to load new credit on your stick is to use a credit card, which you can find in many stores. If you have purchased a credit card, you can use it online in the "My O2" area to top up or insert the SIM card of the surfstick into your cell phone and top up new credit by entering a code.More options for topping up credit on your O2 surfstick
If you do not have the opportunity to buy a credit card for topping up, the process is alternatively also possible directly at the ATM or by bank transfer.- To recharge the SIM card of your Surfstick at the ATM, insert your EC card into the ATM and select "Prepaid SIM aufladen".
- Then select O2 as your mobile provider, enter the mobile number of your Surfstick and decide on a recharge amount. Finally, confirm the top-up by entering your PIN.
- If you use online banking, you can also top up credit there by clicking "Top up mobile" after logging in and entering the required information.
- Alternatively, please send a blank SMS to 56656 and you will receive the bank details of O2 to transfer credit.
