How to top up your O2 credit
In addition to a variety of mobile contracts, O2 also offers some prepaid rates. With these, you are not bound to monthly fees and you also do not have to sign a contract for 24 months. If you have used up your credit, you can simply top it up again.
O2 top-up by credit card
You can buy a credit card worth 15, 20 or 30 euros. You can get these in many stores and in O2 stores.- Rub the recharge number of the credit card carefully free.
- Open the number field of your smartphone.
- Enter *103* and directly behind it the recharge code and #.
- Press the call button. Your credit will now be topped up.
Charge by direct debit
A recharge is also possible by direct debit. However, this requires a confirmed SEPA direct debit mandate. You can deposit this during the registration process via hotline, online or in an O2 store. After that, you have the following options:- Monthly top-up: In this case, a fixed amount is always charged on a certain day of the month.
- Threshold recharge: If your credit falls below 4 euros, a certain amount is automatically topped up.
- Tariff fee: After the expiry of the tariff term, the amount for the booked tariff package is debited from your account and credited to the credit account.
- Single SMS top-up: Send the text "aufladen" to 5667 and a previously defined amount is topped up.
