Cancel N26 account - what you need to know

At the mobile bank N26 you have the possibility to create an account and manage it online. You open an account in a few steps. However, if you want to cancel it for various reasons, then this can be done, for example, via the contact form that N26 provides.

How to cancel your account with N26

If you would like to cancel your account with N26 Bank, then you can use the contact form on the website. If there is still money in the account, transfer it to another account, because you can only cancel when your balance is at 0 euros. You also have to pay fees for extra services like N26 Black before you cancel.

1. For the cancellation you can either write an email to [email protected] or use the contact form. Alternatively, the postal service is also possible.
2. Independent of whether you write an email or use the form, your message must contain the same information.
3. So first enter your first and last name and email address.
4. Write in the message that you want to cancel your account and write your IBAN number to it.
5. You must also enter your cancellation date. Optionally, write "at the next possible date".
