iPhone X: page fails to open
Problems with opening websites on your iPhone X can be fixed quickly. First, however, you should rule out the possibility that the website is offline. To do that, try opening a different website in a new tab.
Why can't iPhone X open web pages?
If Safari on iPhone X displays the message "Cannot open website," the cause may be with the website, your Internet connection, or your iPhone. To rule out a problem on the servers of the website in question, open a new tab and test whether another website can be opened. If this is the case, the website is offline. This is often only temporary. Try again at a later time. If other websites can not be opened either, continue troubleshooting on your iPhone X.Possible solutions
- Close Safari and open the app again.
- Check whether you have mobile Internet or WLAN.
- Restart your iPhone X.
- Install another browser, for example Chrome or Firefox.
