If you want to back up the data of one of your Android devices, you have several options. You can transfer the contents to a new device or restore them after resetting your smartphone or tablet. The easiest way to back up your data is through your Google account.
  1. To back up your photos and videos, the best way is to use Google Photos Gallery. To do this, go to the Photos app and sign in with your Google account if you haven't already.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines to go to the menu. Here, go to "Settings" > Back up & Sync. Now check the appropriate option to have an automatic backup created. You can enable this for almost all Google Apps.
  3. Now install the appropriate application on your computer, you can access all files and save them if necessary on your PC.
  4. Documents, images and other files you can also upload to Google Drive.
