Battery quickly empty: How to clear the cache on the Huawei P30

If the battery of your Huawei P30 quickly empty, it may be due to a software problem. To fix this, performing the so-called Wipe Cache Partition helps. This removes old system files from the device without losing personal data. To perform the wipe of the cache partition, first turn off your Huawei device.

1. Then turn the device back on and press and hold the "Power Button" and the "Volume Up Button" until the Huawei logo disappears from the display.
2. Wait until the boot menu appears on the display and navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" using the volume buttons.
