My Time at Portia: Buy or make fertilizer

Fertilizer is not necessarily needed to make your vegetables grow. It does, however, increase yields.

• You can manually place fertilizer in any plant box you want.
• It's more practical with irrigation tower and irrigation soil: This will automatically provide fertilizer to the plants, if it is available in the irrigation tower.

To get fertilizer, there are two ways:

• You can buy it at Sophie's Ranch.
• You can make it yourself with the blender. This is not possible at the very beginning, because you can not get ingredients such as animal bones.

For ambitious farmers in My Time at Portia fertilizer is thus mandatory to achieve the greatest possible yields.
