Dark Souls 3: Leonhard - the quest series at a glance

While playing Dark Souls 3, you will encounter Leonhard in the Firebands Shrine. You will see him there for the first time when you have lit the beacon on the Tower of the Wall. Afterwards, you'll receive a series of quests from him. If you have completed them, you will get a reward.

What awaits you in the Leonhard quest series in Dark Souls 3

After you light the beacon on the Tower of the Wall or defeat "Vordt from Northwindthal", Leonhard will appear in the Fireband Shrine and offer you numerous quests. Perform this quest series to the end and Sirri's quest series from the Sunless Realm will be considered failed.

1. Talk to him to get five Burst Red Eyeballs. Afterwards, you can talk to him again if you have a Pale Tongue in your inventory, defeated the Curse Corrupted Greatwood, or lit the beacon in the Undead Settlement.
2. You will now receive the elevator room key to open a door to the lowest level in the tower on the wall. With the elevator you get to the dark spirit, which must be defeated.
3. Talk to Leonhard again. The next time you meet him in Rosaria's bedchamber, if you have joined the oath "Rosaria's Finger" and donated a Pale Tongue.
4. Once you have lit the beacon in the Godless Capital or killed Yhorm, Leonhard slays Rosaria.
5. From her corpse you get the Black Eyeball. This you can use as soon as he vibrates in the room above the boss fight against Aldrich.
6. Followed by this, you enter the world of Leonhard, where you can kill him.
