Apple Watch: How to extend battery life

  1. Display activation by arm lift: This feature is enabled by default and consumes valuable power. Disable it in the Watch app on your iPhone by going to "My Watch" > "General" > "Enable Display" and moving the slider next to "Enable: On arm lift".
  2. Dial: Battery consumption is increased by animations on the dial. Therefore, choose a dial that is as simple as possible.
  3. Display Brightness: The Apple Watch offers you three brightness levels. You can adjust them by opening the Watch app on your iPhone and navigating to "My Watch" > "Brightness & Text Size."
  4. Enable Airplane Mode: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center. To activate, press the airplane icon.
