• There you can see three indications regarding the status, namely for Platform, Persistent Universe and Electronic Access.
• The Persistent Universe is by far the most important address, as the regular MMO game takes place there. Accordingly, it comes there most often to failures.
• In the ideal case, the server status is green marked with "Operational". Also in this case, crashes and disconnected connections are quite possible, but no serious errors are known.
• The situation is different with the message "Degraded Performance" (purple) - with luck, you will not notice anything of the disruption while playing, but the probability of problems is higher.
• The red message "Outage" means that not even the connection is possible. In this case, you can only wait until the error is fixed.
