1. First, start your Explorer and select the drive to be checked.
2. Click on it with the right mouse button and select the "Properties".
3. Now operate the tab "Tools".
4. Now click on "Check" in the error check.
5. There you may need to manually select "Scan Drive" to start the scan.

Another method is as follows:

1. Right-click on the Start button.
2. Now select "Windows PowerShell- Administrator".
