Syncing iPhone X with Outlook: It's that easy

If you want to retrieve appointments that you have stored in your calendar at Outlook also on iPhone X, you can synchronize the entries. You won't find the settings for this on your iPhone X, but on iTunes. So first connect the smartphone to the computer.

Syncing iPhone X and Outlook

Many Outlook users especially appreciate the calendar and store appointments and reminders in the program. In order to be able to retrieve them on the iPhone X, you need to synchronize the calendar of Outlook with the iPhone X. To make the right settings, you need to connect the smartphone to the computer and open the device in iTunes. Outlook cannot be synced directly through iPhone X.

The correct setting to sync

1. Connect your iPhone X and computer with a suitable cable.
2. iTunes will open automatically.
3. Left click on your iPhone X under "Devices".
4. Select the "Info" tab at the top.
5. Go to "Calendars".
6. Select "Sync Calendars".
7. Click "Outlook".
8. Select "All Calendars" to sync all calendars from Outlook.
