Can you stream Sky Go with Chromecast?

Google's Chromecast is a streaming adapter that lets you stream content from your mobile devices to your TV. In addition, the adapter itself supports numerous apps whose content you can access. If you want to use Sky Go, however, then this is not directly possible.

How to stream Sky Go via Chromecast

In order to watch Sky Go, the Silverlight plugin must be supported. However, this is not the case with Chromecast. The streaming adapter is connected to the TV via an HDMI port. You can also connect it to your WLAN network and then download and use apps from various streaming providers. Sky Go is not yet supported and must therefore be streamed via Chromecast in a roundabout way.

1. Download the browser Chrome from the Internet and install it on your laptop or PC.
