In order for flirting in Medieval Dynasty to result in a marriage with children, proceed as follows:

• Win a woman who is no more than ten years older or younger than your character for your settlement.
• This is done via conversations and a sufficient consent level. More on this we have explained here.
• Then select the flirt option in the dialogue. This begins with "I want to tell you something, beautiful woman". There you have several options, where some work better, others worse.
• You must increase the level at "Affection" to over 50. From then appears with the option to make a marriage proposal, a probability of success.
