Windows 10: Set privacy - these options are available
Since Windows 10 communicates with the Internet more than its predecessors, privacy is an important issue. Fortunately, Microsoft gives you a whole host of settings options so you can customize privacy.
Windows 10: Privacy options are easy to find
To see and change privacy options, follow these steps:- Press the "Win" + "I" key combination to open Windows Settings.
- Click on the "Privacy" category.
- You will then find yourself in the "Change privacy options" section.
- There are several options available to you. Here you can, for example, prohibit the use of your advertising ID or websites from accessing your voice list.
- You can also prohibit the tracking of app launches or display suggested content in the Settings app.
- If you do not want to allow permission for these and other items, simply deactivate the slider at the respective entry so that it is set to "Off".
