If you encounter problems with the Silverlight browser plugin while using Watchever, the first thing you should try to do is to fix them by deleting the browser cache and all cookies. Use Firefox or Internet Explorer, press the key combination of "Ctrl" + "Shift" + Del" and select Cookies and Cache to delete in the window that opens.- An antivirus program installed on the computer can also cause Silverlight not to work and block the playback of videos.
