Xbox One: Hotline and other support options easy to find

The Xbox One offers you so many features that occasionally there may be questions. However, thanks to the numerous support options, such as calling the hotline or even the chat function, this is not a problem. If you have problems with a certain service, it is a good idea to first look at the Xbox status website. Here, all services are listed and failures or limitations are listed. This way, you know directly whether the error can be on Microsoft's side or not. If you have questions about the Xbox, your Xbox Game Pass or have a technical problem with the Xbox One, you can use the hotline. Proceed as follows:

1. Visit the support page of the Xbox. Here you can already see the times when you can reach the telephone and chat support. Alternatively, you will also be provided with a virtual agent who can already solve most problems.
