It has been known for a while that the Odyssey expansion should be released in 2021. It probably remains so, however, the date has moved back due to corona. We summarize all the information.

Elite Dangerous - Odyssey: PC release in April?

There is still no complete certainty. However, it seems clear that there will be different dates depending on the platform:

• For the PC version of Odyssey, it looks like a release in April. More precisely, April 21, 2021 is suspected.
• The console versions, on the other hand, will come much later, in the fall of 2021. An exact date has not yet been named.

As the reason for the postponement, Frontier Development gave the pandemic-related difficulties. PC players, on the other hand, can soon look forward to the alpha phase, which is to start "early spring".
