How to completely turn off a Sonos system?

To completely turn off a Sonos speaker system, you have two options.

1. Unplug it every time. Since the system of Sonos does not have an on or off switch, you can only turn it off by pulling the plug.
2. If you use multiple Sonos speakers, then it is important that you disconnect them from the power first and only then the main unit.
3. When turning on, you should also make sure that you turn on the main unit a few minutes before the other devices, so that it can boot up properly.
4. Easier, of course, this method works with an outlet that can be switched on or off with an on and off switch or an outlet with a timer that automatically turns off at a certain time.
5. If you want to determine for yourself when the Sonos system turns off, think also about the purchase of an outlet with remote control. This allows you to turn off the outlet after you are no longer using the device and thus save a lot of electricity.
