• To get a replacement, you need to fill out the appropriate form on Apple's website and attach a digital copy of the original invoice.
• If only the battery of an AirPod needs to be changed, you need to send it to Apple in a padded envelope or visit a GeniusBar. Within the warranty, Apple charges 55 euros per AirPod for this service, outside the warranty there is a charge of 79 euros.
• Should you have lost your AirPod or it is broken, then Apple charges 79 euros per AirPod.

Replacing the charging case

You can also lose the charging case or it can have a battery defect. Since this is not covered by Apple, the service also costs 55 euros during the warranty period. Out of warranty, both the warranty replacement and a new case will cost 79 euros if you can provide an original invoice.
