1. Log in at amazon.de with your user account.
2. Hold your mouse pointer then top right on your name so that the menu appears.
3. Click on "My Account".
4. Select "Prime".
5. On the following page, click at the top on "Manage your Prime membership".
6. Here you now select "Cancel membership - Waive benefits".
7. Confirm the process by clicking again on Cancel membership.

Your subscription will thus expire at the next possible time. When this is, you can also see in the overview, namely at "Next payment".
