Steam support ticket - how to create it

Steam has established itself as the central platform for many online gamers. If you run into problems with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Civilization V or other hit games, you can simply create a Steam support ticket and hope for help there. All you need for this is your Steam access data.

How to create a Steam support ticket

The Steam website is set to English by default. At the top right you will find the "Language" field. There you can change the page to German. To then create the Steam support ticket, go to the corresponding page via your browser. From there, it is then possible to create a ticket.

1. Visit the official Steam support page.
2. You do not need an additional account to contact support. The login with your normal Steam account works as usual. Click on "Log in to Steam" and follow the instructions. To do this, enter your account name and password and click "Sign in".
