Connecting Epic Games to Steam: How Steam Link Works

Epic Games: How to use Steam Link

On the home page, you'll see a box with social media icons in the right sidebar:

1. Select the box.
2. In a new window, you can now add various services. Select "Steam".
3. You will be redirected to a web page in the browser. There you have to enter or confirm your Steam credentials.

Afterwards, you will see your Steam friends in the Epic Games Launcher as suggestions and can send requests (if desired). By the way, the option to start the connection process with Steam at all is only available if the Steam client is installed and you are logged in there.
