Epic Games Store Refund: Return Games

If you don't like a game from Epic Games, you can return it under certain conditions. To do so, contact Epic Games customer service and submit a refund request. A game can only be returned within 14 days and if it has not been played for more than two hours.

Returning a game to Epic Games

Epic Games offers the option to return games within 14 days. However, this is not possible if you have played the game for more than two hours during this time. In the game's settings, you can see your total playing time. In the launcher, you can also find it in the library. You can see the game time next to the game title. You can request a refund via Epic Games' contact form. To do this, you just need to send an informal request. After the case is reviewed, you will receive the money back and the game will be removed from your library in Epic Games Launcher.

How it works: return game

1. Open the Epic Games website.
2. Select "Help" at the top of the menu.
3. Go to "Epic Games Store and Launcher".
4. Click "Contact Us".
5. Enter your name and email address.
