Star Citizen: How to manage your equipment - all info

The more Star Citizen development progresses, the more important your character's equipment becomes. With the upcoming dynamic weather, this will be even more true. We therefore show how the equipment manager works.

Armored armor and different weapon types were implemented from the beginning. Basically, the relevant place is easy to find, but there are some things that are worth knowing.

You can find your equipment in mobiGlas at the bottom of the third tab "Equipment Manager".

• In the various categories such as "Weapons" or "Armor" all available slots are listed. There you can see which equipment is currently equipped and which is available.
• To create a new part, be it in an empty slot or to replace an existing item, click on the slot on the left and then select the desired item on the right.
• Important: You must finally click on "Save changes and equip" on the bottom right so that the change is applied.

The prerequisite for this is that you have new items at all. You can buy these with UEC, dealers are available in all major space ports, starting at Port Olisar to Area 18 in ArcCorp. It is noticeable that the assortment is not the same everywhere. For example, the armors are sometimes quite different in design, so that a small shopping tour through the solar system is worthwhile.By the way, you can not sell equipment yet. This will certainly be possible at a later date, but is currently not a priority in view of the countless features that are being developed as a priority. At the latest with the introduction of the weather model, the equipment will be even more important, since it is then also about the protection against temperatures and weather.
