iPhone: Mirror pictures - how it works

You take a selfie and the photo is stored mirror-inverted - you surely know this problem. But it can be quickly fixed with a few tweaks, so you can rotate and flip your photos just the way you like.

iPhone: How to mirror your pictures

If you have a photo that you want to mirror afterwards, then you can use the app "Fotor Photo Editor", for example.

1. Download the app and open it.
2. Allow the app to access your photos so that you can edit them afterwards.
3. Among many other image editing options, there is the "Rotate & Flip" button here. You can find this by swiping through the menu.
4. You will see some icons at the bottom of the screen. Press on the dotted line with the two arrows pointing outwards.
5. The image you selected will now be mirrored.
6. To save the result, tap on the check mark on the right.

Your saving options

If you want to save your photos directly mirrored, you also have to resort to an app that allows you to do so. For example, the photo apps "PhotoPower" is suitable for this.
