League of Legends: Mobile version coming - all info

In eSports, League of Legends is one of the most important games of all time and the boom continues. But Riot Games is planning even more - with a mobile version, the player base is set to grow many times over.

League of Legends: Name for the mobile version is already fixed

Even if it still takes a while until the release, there are already some facts about the offshoot for cell phones and tablets:

• The name will be Wild Rift.
• In addition to mobile devices, the game will also appear for consoles.
• The basic principle remains exactly the same, but the games are to be somewhat shorter, from a maximum of 20 minutes is the talk.
• In addition, the selection of cosmetic items will be smaller than in LoL, at least initially.
• At the launch of Wild Rift, there will be 40 heroes, including Annie, Nasus and Fizz.
• Wild Rift will be free, like LoL; the game is to be financed through in-game purchases via real money.
