Amazon Echo: Show Skills - how it works

To get an overview of all the skills you have activated on your Amazon Echo, you need the Alexa app. Here you have the option to view all Skills and make changes. Also read how to add new Skills to use.

This is how all Skills of the Amazon Echo are displayed to you

If you use the Amazon Echo, you can control it by Alexa via voice. For this to work, however, you need the appropriate Alexa app on your smartphone or tablet, which you can find in the Play or App Store, depending on whether you use an Android or iOS device. In the app, you also have the option of getting an overview of which skills are already installed on your Amazon Echo.

1. To do this, open the Alexa app on your mobile device and open the menu by swiping to the left on the screen.
2. Select the "Skills & Games" entry in the menu and then click on "My Skills" there.
3. Thereupon, you will be shown a list of all skills that are currently activated on your Amazon Echo. To make changes to individual Skills, click on them. To open the skill detail page.

How to add new skills to the Amazon Echo

If you not only want to view the currently installed skills, but install new skills for the Amazon Echo, this is also possible in the app under "Skills". Either search for new skills in the various categories or use the search mask. If you have found a skill, please select it and click on "Activate" so that it is installed.
