My Time at Portia: Change Game Speed - how it works

A day in My Time at Portia starts at 7am and ends at 3am. Within this time you have to complete all sorts of tasks. The option to change the Game Speed is therefore very handy.

Need more time? You can lower the Game Speed in the Game Options.

The 20 in-game hours of a day in My Time at Portia pass in a real 15 minutes by default. Depending on how busy you are, this can be relatively tight. In this case, you can simply slow down the time.

My Time at Portia: How to change the Game Speed

This is accomplished as follows:

1. Open the options.
2. There, under "Game", there is a slider for "Game Speed". This is set to the maximum, namely 100. Manually, you can now lower the Game Speed down to 50.

This makes time go by half as fast, which means you can do twice as many things in a day. Since the slider is smoothly adjustable between 50 and 100, you can also choose any other speed, such as 60, 75 or 80, as needed.
