How to track your shipments with Amazon Logistics

Amazon Logistics is Amazon's shipping service provider. If you have placed an order, it will be shipped with Amazon Logistics unless the product is sold by another provider on Amazon. If you want to know where your package is at the moment, you can use the provided tracking.

1. Once your order has been shipped by Amazon, you will receive an email with the corresponding confirmation. In the email, in addition to the product and order information, there is also the button "Track shipment".
2. Click on the button to be redirected directly to the tracking.
3. Another way to get to the tracking is via the website.
4. Öffnen Sie die Amazon-Webseite in Ihrem Browser und melden Sie sich mit Ihren Account-Daten an.
5. Klicken Sie anschließend oben auf „Mein Konto“ und wechseln Sie zu „Bestellungen“.
6. Suchen Sie nun die Bestellung raus, von der Sie den aktuellen Status wissen möchten.
7. Klicken Sie auf diese und danach auf „Mehr anzeigen“. Nun werden Ihnen die verschiedenen Sendungsschritte Ihres Pakets angezeigt.
