DPD: Use shipment tracking - how it works

DPD is one of the leading delivery services in Germany and of course also offers shipment tracking. We show you how to find and use it online.

With DPD's shipment tracking, you can better time your parcel receipt.

Shipment tracking is now standard with all logistics service providers. Thanks to online tracking you are always up to date with DPD.

How DPD shipment tracking

With just a few steps you can get all the info about your shipment:

1. Visit the DPD tracking page at this address.
2. Enter your parcel label number. This can be found in the email with the order data.
3. Click on the search icon to the right of the input field.

On a new page you will then see the status. This is divided into several steps at DPD, further down you will also see the exact times of the tracking. This is useful, for example, to estimate when the parcel will arrive, or to see if the shipment was dropped off at a neighbor or parcel store.

Shipment tracking: How to use DPD live tracking

In addition, DPD offers you live tracking. With this, you can see the position of your parcel on a map and find out how many more stops there are before your parcel is delivered. To use DPD live tracking, call up the relevant page in your browser and enter in the field "Where is my parcel?" enter your parcel number. Confirm the entry with the "Enter" key and enter your postal code. On the page that opens, you will then see an overview with the package data and the live map.
