Activate Lebara SIM card - how to do it

With Lebara, you can make national and international calls particularly cheap. In doing so, Lebara uses the D-network, which guarantees a particularly high connection quality. After you have received your starter pack, you still need to activate your card.

Alternatively, you can learn how to activate your SIM card online here. You will need a webcam or a smartphone with internet connection.

1. Open the website of Lebara on your computer.
2. Enter your cell phone number.
3. Then type in the PUK1, which you will find on the plastic card of Lebara.
4. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions and click continue.
5. Then enter your personal information.
6. Finally type in your address.
7. Follow the prompts to confirm your identity.
8. If you have successfully completed all steps, it will take a few minutes for your card to be unlocked by Lebara.

You can also unlock your SIM card online via Deutsche Post

1. Visit this Lebara website.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Tippen Sie Ihr PUK1 ein.
4. Setzen Sie den Haken bei den Geschäftsbedingungen und klicken Sie anschließend auf „Weiter zur Deutschen Post“.
5. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um die Aktivierung abzuschließen.

Als letzte Möglichkeit können Sie die SIM-Karte auch in einem Lebara-Shop in Ihrer Nähe aktivieren. Rufen Sie dazu die Shop-Suche von Lebara auf und geben Sie Ihren Standort ein.
