1. First call up your Xing profile.
2. Enter the name of your company in the work experience.
3. Then click on "Company" in the menu on the left.
4. Now click on the button "For employers: create employer profile".
5. Find the section "Our employer branding profile types" on the next page.
6. Here you now click on "Create free profile".
7. You then still have the option to choose both the free profile and the paid model.
8. Follow the steps to complete the registration.

Differences of the profiles

While the free profile contains only the basic functions, the employer branding profile of Xing and kununu works even more professionally. For one thing, visitors won't see third-party advertising for other companies on your site. You also have significantly more choice when it comes to the design of the page.
